Mayor of Los Angeles Honors Prem Rawat

James K. Hahn, Mayor of the City of Los Angeles, has presented to Prem Rawat, also known as Maharaji, the highest award bestowed by the City upon meritorious citizens.
The award reads as follows:

"A Certificate of Commendation is hereby presented to Prem Rawat, Maharaji.
