The Prem Rawat Foundation makes significant contribution for hunger relief to Hurricane Katrina victims

Only eight days after Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf Coast, The Prem Rawat Foundation donated $75,000 to the Houston Food Bank (HFB), a member of America’s Second Harvest network (ASH), the largest domestic hunger-relief organization in the United States. ASH distributes two billion pounds of food each year, feeding over 23 million hungry people through more than 200 regional food-rescue organizations in 50 states.
