If you can live for one day,
then let that day be the day in which you understand that day.
Not understand yesterday or have an inclination about tomorrow.
But understand today. Now. That the gift is given.
That the coming and going of this breath is the blessing.
And once you understand that,
how amazing it is: everything else clicks into place.
