It’s About You and Me [03:51 min] I am here to talk about something very simple but at the same time it touches every one of us and it is about this journey, this life, this existence. Not an idea, not a theory, not rules, not some printed pages but about you and me. Because the most incredible thing thats taking place is not all the things that you read in the newspaper, it is not a thing which is there in your library. And this important thing is that "You are alive!", now what? What does it mean to you? We have interpretations of what it means to be alive. The focus is not about those things, the focus is your existence, your being on the face of this earth. This will never happen again. The house that you live in, other ones will live in it. What is yours? What is it that you consider truly yours that no one can take away from you? Do you know it?

Because You Are Alive [06:12 min] Because you are alive, you will make a voyage and what will this voyage be like, no one knows, you are given a vessel, this human body and by the very fact that it exists, it will make a voyage, it will go truly where no one has been before. All the logic and reasoning precludes reality. And reality is what you have to deal with every single day. Even though you do the same job every day, No two days are alike. Every day is different. It is not just a question of good and bad. It is a question of how you view that. How do you make this voyage, how does it happen? Who are you and what is the purpose of this voyage?

The Pivotal Question [01:17 min] Is peace a manifestation of something which is happening inside a human being or is peace something on the outside only and this is where we have to slow down because the definitions are abundant. But what is peace, where does the desire for peace come from? The desire for peace is innate to every single human being on the face of this earth. This question, in my opinion is the pivotal question.

The Language of the Heart [03:35 min] We don't pay attention to what needs attention.
We don't pay attention to the need of the heart, because the inspiration to be in peace comes when you listen to your heart.
The inspirarion to be content comes from your being.
The inspiration to be clear comes from here, and you need to listen you need to hear.
We don't hear ourselves We don't hear the needs that we have.
We don't hear the want, the wish of this heart.
to be content, simple - to have simplicity in this life to have joy to feel the gratitude every single day to be inspired by the magic of all magics by the miracle of all miracles the coming and going of this breath.
You are alive.

Beauty of Existence [04:34 min] There is a saying- and I believe the saying exist without accident, that you came empty-handed, and you'll go empty handed. Why is it no accident? Because this is what people have observed, that all you've done, is left here when you've to leave.

Feeling the Need for Peace [05:11 min] Prem Rawat talks about the universal need for peace. “Not as a society,” he says, “but as an individual. I strongly believe that it is the individual that has to understand what peace is. And feel that need in their lives. Then and only then can we begin to see the movement towards peace, because the foundation is solid.”

The Miracle Is Existence [06:49 min] Prem Rawat talks about the miracle of life. “The most beautiful miracle is: from nowhere comes this breath and brings the gift of life to you. This is your story. One breath at a time. That’s your beat. That’s your rhythm. Do you understand what a miracle this is?”

Do you enjoy just being alive? Chennai, 2014 [06:51 min] We have learnt so much, but the question remains- How to be in peace. We have learned how to make buildings, car, airplanes, and even wars. Peace is already in the heart of every single human being. Being so close, people still search for it. People are very proud that they're searching. Why are you searching for peace when it is inside of you? Search not for peace, but for the way to be able to get in touch with it. What should you search for, to see your face- Another face? You should be searching for a mirror.
In your life, where is your focus? You should be enjoying being alive! Do you enjoy being alive? I know you enjoy going to party, listening to music and a lot of other things. But do you enjoy just being alive? If you don't, you're focusing on the wrong thing.

Live your life with the thirst and focus, and you'll succeed in whatever you want. Find the water- the water that dwells within you. The answer that is waiting to be recognized.
You're looking for peace, and peace is looking for you! And what do you need to do? Be still; stop running around.
