I look at a sunset and I go ‘wow that’s incredible’ I look at a sunrise and I go ‘isn’t that special?’ I look at shooting stars and I go ‘incredible’ And what about my breath. As it comes in, do I also open up and say ‘unbelievable’ ? Unbelievable. Because you can explain why there is a shooting star, but how do you explain this breath that comes in and out of you. How do you explain? Because this is all about knowing. This existence is all about knowing, this existence is all about being conscious, this is what being alive means.
