My question is, “Your book, Splitting the Arrow, the subtitle is Understanding the Business of Life.
So, what I want to know is, how can I become the CEO of life? Right now,
I’m kind of mid-level management—you know,
how do I get to the C-Suite of life?”

That’s a very good question—because, that’s the tragedy! You are the CEO. And the CEO is so misinformed!
So, when Socrates said, “Know thyself,” hey! “Know thyself,” so you can find out you are the CEO!
This is your life; you’ve been given this opportunity. Things are going to happen in your life that you
have absolutely no control over. But those are the things that are happening in your life,
not your life—your life.
