You cannot lose the focus of this life.
You cannot lose the focus of what you have been given.
Even in that darkest hour remember something is coming in and giving
you the gift of breath and it is very personal, very, very personal.
That gift is still being given to you.
You may feel abandoned. You may feel like 'Oh my god', this is it!'
But that gift still keeps coming and so far that gift keeps coming,
do not lose hope.
