The world will tell you "This is what the world needs. This is what the world needs."
But 7 billion people on the face of this earth are crying out for one thing, and one thing alone and that is Peace. And peace is not the absence of war.
I travel, not because I like to travel. I travel so I can say this "What you are looking for is inside of you, and you should be in peace"

In Ancient Greek times Agrigento or Akragas as it was known was an important walled city. It was home to the philosopher Empedocles. At the southern edge of the Greek city, temples were built and still can be seen.The ceremony began with a beautiful local dance of the Festival of Almond Flowers, and then an opening address, before the Mayor Marco Zambuto, introduced Maharaji to light the Torch of hope, peace and International friendship.
Maharaji walked into the Teatro escorted by the mayor, once again flanked by admirers. The hall was filled with mostly local Italians and then the couple hundred of International guests who were fortunate to attend this function. The podium was first attended by the Master of Ceremony who spoke elegantly about how Argrigento is heralding a culture of peace by embracing this important relationship with Prem Rawat. Prem Rawat substantiates the feeling, for peace flourishes in his presence.

Prem Rawat, known also by the honorary title Maharaji, has traveled the world for over four decades, inspiring people to find peace within and spearheading significant humanitarian initiatives. Born in India, he started addressing audiences at the age of three. Since then he has addressed zillions of people across the globe.
This video presents the life and message of Prem Rawat. He says that his message can apply to every person, that everyone has a need for joy, and that he offers help to those who want to experience it.
